You don't need to be technical to run a basic website health check. Here is a fifteen-minute routine any Faridabad shop owner can do from a phone, once a month.
Minute 1–3: does it open fast?
Open your site on your phone using mobile data, not Wi-Fi. If you are staring at a white screen for several seconds, customers are leaving. For a proper measurement, run your address through Google's free PageSpeed Insights tool.
Minute 4–6: can people contact you?
- Tap the phone number. Does it dial?
- Tap the WhatsApp button. Does it open a chat with your business number?
- Send yourself a message from the contact form. Did it arrive?
Broken contact buttons are the most expensive problem a small business site can have, and nobody tells you about them.
Minute 7–9: is the information right?
Prices, hours and address
Check them against reality and against your Google Business Profile. Old prices and wrong hours cost trust.
The copyright year and "latest" news
A footer that says 2021 or a "latest offer" from last Diwali makes the whole site look abandoned.
Minute 10–12: is it secure?
Look for the padlock next to your address in the browser. If you see "Not secure", your SSL certificate has a problem. If you run WordPress, check that it has been updated in the last month.
Minute 13–15: what does Google show?
Search for your business name. Does your website appear? Does the description make sense? Then search for your main service plus "Faridabad" and see where you are.
If you find red flags
One warning is normal and usually quick to fix. Several at once, especially slow loading and broken buttons, usually mean the site needs more than a patch. Our website redesign service starts with a free audit.
